moan when I turn the wheel

I would try flushing out the power steering fluid, drain the system allow the low pressure return to flow into a container as you top up the fluid having a friend turn the steering from side to side, keep flushing until the fluid comes out clean. Try a steering fluid additive made by Lubegaurd.

to add to pat, check the strut mounts for the noise as well. sitting for a while could have build up of rust on the upper bearings. Roy

I found That adding more fluid corrects this So I have it over the full line on resivoir. I had tried to clean the screen in the bottom of the PS resivor first did not help SO add a little at a time then see what happens when it stops making noise stop adding fluid. Over fill no more then 1/4 in over the full line. if you get that much in with out fixing it there seems to point to another problem in power sterring system
