How to disable anti thrift system

Hello, do you have some kind of add-on alarm system in the vehicle? If so, see a local shop near you that can effectively professionally remove the system and restore the wiring to proper condition. If this is some kind of "factory equipped" anti-theft system, it's not something that can be removed. However, I'm not aware of any anti-theft system that will cycle gauges and wipers. So, I'm not sure -- what it sounds more like is either an add on system that's malfunctioning, or perhaps a low battery voltage problem. Hands on testing and evaluation is needed.
