What is your question?
A code P0456 a curse on occasion it does seem to happen after I get gas normally I'm able to just plug in the OEM computer and reset the code it resets and it won't come back again for being a month or two but I've noticed that lately could it just be a simple gas cap problem is no leaks no other problems than what I just described
What makes this problem better or worse?
No it doesn't matter whether it's warm or cold
How long has your 2001 Chrysler Town & Country had this problem?
About a month now

This code is indeed often set by a "loose gas cap" -- or perhaps one that is leaking fuel vapors. Check to ensure the cap is secure. A cheap attempt at repair would be to replace the fuel cap with a genuine Chrysler replacement. Beyond that, if the light keeps coming back on, you'll need to perform full diagnostic testing on the evaporative emissions system. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/chrysler-repair-and-service-in-clifton-park-new-york
