Engine runs rough when cold

What is your question?

Engine runs rough and stalls when cold (25 degrees) outside. After running about 4 minutes the engine runs fine. Recently had a plugs, wires and fuel filter changed at 230,000 miles. 3.8 L

check to see if thermostat bad or stuck open engine temp may not be rising quick enoughwill cau to much fuel to little air and cold start to be faulty just like not haveing a choke
