COOLING FANS STAY RUNNING 3.8 liter

What is your question?

My cooling fans stay running. I pulled the fuse 40amp and they turn off. Fans stay running even when the motor is turned off. Unless you pull the fuse. Could it be a temp sensor or relay and if so how would I check them and the loc. of them. Thank you. Repair Pal has been great in the past that's why I am back. Thanks for your time.
