97 T n C will change the position of the seats windows when you open w/o startin

it also will not start even with a new battery, started it up today and the odometers would not work/speed, one that shows if car is in drive or park would not work????? what would cause this??? only have 67,000 miles on this vehicle n its been well taken care of.
