Seems like a film gets in there and dims the light. Have gotten them professionally cleaned several times but it doesn't last.

the headlight restores only last a short time. the real fix is replacing the entire lens assembly. it is expensive but no more dull lighting. Roy

easy to install. go to a parts store, a company named dorman and keystone make these in the aftermarket. Roy
