Drive train problem

What is your question?

My pt cruiser only has 41,000 miles I have taken very good care of it and despite bringing attention to the dealer that I have heard of major drive train issues with cruisers , he assured me that he researched and that problem was in 2005 and 2006 and had been corrected. Now my drive train is bad and I owe on the car for four more years and don't have two grand to fix it. hELP. Anyone else have this problem?
