after the car warms up and has been driven for about 5 minutes it starts running

What is your question?

If I'm idling at a light sometimes it acts like its not getting any fuel and then does a big jolt, or when I get ready to take off from a light it sometimes acts like it's not getting any fuel. It eventually goes as normal. I understand this vehicle does not have a fuel filter so what would be causing it to run rough?
