At first it sounding like a humming noise because I had just had tires replaced, but it turned into a front end clunking noise on the right end. Not sure what it could be any suggestions would be nice, no leaks or oil from the front end, steering wheel does shake and it does pull to the right on the highway and the faster I do accelerate the clunking does get louder.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, clunking noise sounds like a single noise on occasion. Repetitive noises are more like continual thumping -- or rubbing -- or grinding. And, noises are nearly impossible to guess! Hands on - visual and audible testing is needed by a local technician near you. Repetitive noises could be from tires or wheel bearings, for example. Seek local guidance.
