Had my PT Cruizer Drivers side door repaired after being hit & windows dont work

Had my PT Cruizer repaired after my door was hit. Took it in for body repair and my door has been replaced But Now my drivers and passenger side front windows will only roll up and NOT down. Their telling me this problem is not accident related and might have to do with the regulator switch in the front dash. What can I do to get this repaired?
