Garage guy said fuses keep blowing out . Must be reprogramed by dealership. It is undriveable. How much does rebooting cost?

Hello, you'll need to consult a local dealership to have a diagnostic test performed by them, and then if they agree, they will give you a quote for software updating. However, it doesn't sound credible to me. Fuses blowing is related to an electrical concern in the related wiring harness. Engine processors typically "ground" a circuit during commands, so I don't know how a software issue could cause blown fuses. I'd recommend seeing a trained technician - dealership or otherwise - to do some quality troubleshooting.
