The top is not working. I can hear the motor, and the windws go down.

hey shoot me an email at ladycats9lives@aol.com You will need get the hydralic cylinders replaced. I have a 05 convert to and did the same thing. I pull the motor assembly out and pump is good, no leaks. The cylinders hold the oil adn that is how it goes up and down.
