there are four of them, replacing 3 of the 4 is relative easy. The one that the motor mount as you have noted is a bear to change. If it is the factory unit the car has to be jacked up way high and the crank pulley removed. There is very little clearance to get it out and on 3 PT's I have worked on with 100k, very little wear. My suggestion is to rteplace the strut mount upper and lower, easy change and makes a big difference in driving. You can find the great urethane units on ebay for 100 or go with the rubber ones which can be equal money. The urethane ones last much longer and can take way more abuse.
