I can almost guarantee it is a short on the downstream 02 sensor it's a bad design and most are shoved up against the frame so the wires rub and break. Remedy turn the pipe slightly so it's not shoved into frame replace the sensor. If that's not it look for something with wires that is touching metal inspect for coating off wires... paint some liquid electrical tape on there it's water proof them some vinyl electric tape on top so it doesn't happen again...check to make sure it didn't short out that part as well.
