water pump

It's not "normal", but I would suggest that you have no real recourse through the dealer or Chrysler. Just too many miles have passed and too much time. Sorry...

It doesn't seem to normal for a pump to fail again after 30,000 miles, but again it is over 4 years since it was done. You could certainly try and make a "stink", but I'm not sure where that is going to get you. It may be worth a shot and maybe they will do if for less or something. If they won't I would recommend going to a good Independent shop that is AAA approved and who has ASE Tech's. Good Luck, George
