fuel gauge only reads 3/4 when full

We've seen this quite often on many different types of vehicles, and before we make any repairs, we ask that you put a bottle of Chevron Techron Plus Additive in a full tank of fuel and drive it. Often times the fuel level sensor gets a film of contamination from the fuel, and this is the only additive I've seen that actually cleans the sensor. It's a cheap fix too, and even if it doesn't work, it still helps to clean other parts in the fuel system (injectors, valves) It has to be this exact type: http://www.chevron.com/products/prodserv/additives/tcp.aspx Good Luck, hope it works for you!
