What is your question?
Does it sound like a switch problem, resistor problem or fan blower mother problem? Thanks Sh

Hello, circuit testing is needed to find out why the fan is not working. It could be a switch, resistor or fan motor -- just like you suggested. You're on the right path, now you have to do the work of testing to find out your cause of failure. By the way, if you have automatic temperature control, that system could be involved in the failure also.
