Electronic Dash out

The body control module controls all interior electronics . It is located on the left side foot well behind the padding that covers it.. Does the ac unit ,radio etc play or operate with the lights off. There is also a Thumbwheel on the left side of the dash near the headlight switch that turns off all dash lights or dims the dash lights.
