I have a coolant leak from a fender bender. Should I keep refilling coolant if the high voltage battery isn't accessable for recharging via plug

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I'm not sure I understand the question. Why is the high voltage battery not available for charging? Did the fender bender prevent the charge door from being opened or accessed? Why are you having to refill coolant? This is not consumable - it shouldn't need to be added.
