Digital speedometer screen goes back while driving. Sometimes comes back on. Other times screen stays black.

Hello, I'm sorry to say but it sounds like a module issue. The instrument cluster display is a module of its own. Although you could check the connections to verify they are secure, it is likely an internal failure of the display and cluster itself. Hands on testing is needed, but when we are talking about screens going blank it's often electrical or internal module issue related.
