Why does my 05 trailblazer run rough after it warms up

After my trailblazer warms up it run rough. I checked the codes, first i found a p0302 cylinder 2 misfire. I cleared the code started it back up, now i get a p0300. Random misfire.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Runs fine when the engine is cold

There is obviously a continuing issue with engine misfires. You'll have to check further to see if it's ignition spark related, fuel delivery related or base engine compression related.
