What is your question?
Tried replacing motor mounts, seemed to make it worse. Chg. Spark plugs, coil packs, water pump, main belt, and cleaned body throttle. Been driving like this for at least a year, problem stays the same. Also checked compression on cylinders, all very good.

Same

Seems like a lot of work that may be good as maintenance anyway, but may not have been needed to address this concern. It's so hard to judge a vibration from this side of a computer screen -- it really requires hands on attention by a skilled technician. If all components are "good", sometimes mounts have powertrain components grounded on the frame of the vehicle, and sometimes this can be manipulated by loosening and retightening components. It's so hard to say. If performance of the engine is proper, it's likely a worn or out of adjustment component.
