Popping sound in front end while in 4wd..

What is your question?

When we put in 4wheel drive and start moving there is a popping sound in front end we have changed the axle actuator, but it still does it..what do we need to do now?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Take it out of 4wd it stops

How long has your 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 had this problem?

Not sure only happens when in 4wd
