What is your question?
I had my 07 Suburbans engine overhauled and now we have the problem of a code for cylinder #6 the engine is riding rough , the service stabilitrac lights are on and the check engine light keeps flashing. What am I missing?
What makes this problem better or worse?
It’s worse when idling and also when it’s on the road.
How long has your 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 had this problem?
A few months

I'd start with a base engine compression test to ensure the base engine itself is not part of then problem. If the cylinders all pass compression (especially number 6), and there is no leak down, then I'd check the ignition system - coils / spark plugs. Even swap the number 6 coil for another to see if the concern follows the swapped components as you move them at a time. Something will show up.
