i have a 05 chevy suburban 1500, my husband replaced master clyinder hydro booster and brake pads and brakes still dont work. what cpuld be the problem??

Hello, If the brakes are spongy then they need to be bled. The master cylinder must be bench bled, then it can be connected to the rest of the hydraulic system. The kicker is this: if there is a leak in the system, the brakes will continue to become spongy no matter how well they are bled.
