4x4 not working. No service 4wd warning, xfer shifts, new front actuator.

What is your question?

When I shift the transfer case, it shifts between high and low range, I replaced the front actuator, but still nothing. No service 4wd light on, either. Does the front axle actuator have its own fuse?
