About 2 months ago vehicle began not starting acting like it was out of gas. Once put gas in, it would start. Then it started stalking when turning corner but would start right back up. Now it dies when coming to a stop, when turning. Harder time starting back up but as long as I don't drain battery completely it will start back up in about 10 minutes. It still is acting like it is out of gas, running awful - sputtering etc at idle.
Also I have to replace my power steering pump 4 times. Not sure if issue rrlated.

The power steering pump does not seem to be related to this concern.
You state it starts once putting gas in -- where do you put it in? Was the vehicle out of gas?
Testing for engine performance including fuel pressure testing is required.
