What is the vibration sound coming from Suburban?

What is your question?

I hear a vibration sound on accelertion and deceleration but can't figure out the source. I have also heard it on other Suburbans and Tahoes that have passed by. Wondering if this is a Chevy issue or just a common problem

does it sound like an electric pump motor? if so its just the sound most Chevy SUV's and trucks make from the fuel pump
