I've already replaced the ignition switch and it still won't turn off all the way . New switch new keys but still won't turn off all the way
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, this sounds like it could be a steering column or shift lever interlock concern. It's impossible to guess from here, but those are "possibilities" since you've already replaced the ignition lock cylinder (Is that what you meant by "switch"? Because if not, the cylinder could be a concern.)
