my truck can sit for 3 days and when i turn the key it show transmission temp at 300 degrees i put a new cluster but it didnt fix it anybody have any idea
I think you have a short in the sensor or the wiring to the gauge. If you disconnect the sensor and the temp goes down to the lowest point, then the sensor is probably shorted.
