Hello, Air conditioner refrigerant pressure will change all the time due to cycling on and off, ambient temperature, system demand, and design of the system per vehicle. The one thing that is certain is this: pressure should equalize across the high and low side after the compressor shuts off, but the pressure on the high side should be much higher than the low side when the compressor is on. For specifics, google a table for high and low side pressure at different ambient temperatures, and match the ambient temperature on the table to current weather conditions.
