does the a/c have a tention pull or do you have to adj. a/c itself to tention the belt?

A single serpentine belt drives everything under the hood of your truck. One belt for all.
there is no adjustment. the tension is done by an automatic tensioner. Roy
6.0L's have an AC belt and a serpentine belt.
