I have a new 2024 Chev Silverado 2500 HD that trailer lights do not work.

What is your question?

I can connect my trailer to a Ford or later model Chevy truck and the lights work. But when I connect my 2024 Silverado 2500 HD to my new trailer the lights do not work. Took my truck and trailer to the dealership and they couldn’t fix it. They say it’s my trailer. I believe the truck wiring harness or computer is the issue. Have others made similar complaints?
