I have a new 2024 Chev Silverado 2500 HD that trailer lights do not work.

I can connect my trailer to a Ford or later model Chevy truck and the lights work. But when I connect my 2024 Silverado 2500 HD to my new trailer the lights do not work.
Took my truck and trailer to the dealership and they couldn’t fix it. They say it’s my trailer.
I believe the truck wiring harness or computer is the issue.

I have the exact same issue, I have brake lights and turn signals on my trailers yes trailers plural so I know it’s not a trailer issue, but no running lights in any light position on my dash. Very annoying for a truck that’s 4 days old to be having issues like this
