Navigation maps are not clear &backup camera has shadows on sides not clear

we have a 2015 2500 Silverado. Navigation system showing maps is not clear and the backup camera is really cloudy and has shadows on the sides, so can only see part of the backup area. We have cleaned the camera area in back, so that is not the problem. Any suggestions?
