Transmission out

What is your question?

Driving my 08 chevy 2500 gas 6.0 the other day and pulled out of a gas station and would not shift out of first. I turn the truck off and back on and drove fine for 150 miles until I pulled out of a stop light and was like I put it in neutral. It’s getting a u0140 and u0100 and every code a transmission can get I think, 11 of them. What do you think lol? Also I checked my dip stick, oil looks good and moves down the stick when I start it. Check all wire connections from trans to pcm.
