why is truck not turning over to start?

changed radiator, but transmission line came out and blew fluid everywhere. now truck wont crank. power is going to starter but not turning over.

Did the line come off when you were trying to start it for the first time after changing the radiator? Basically did it blow and you immediately shut it off or did it run totally dry on trans fluid while driving? Alex
