What is your question?
Hello, I noticed my low-beam headlights weren't working. I removed the housings and discovered burnt sockets. I bought new sockets, and when I cut the wires to splice them in, I checked for voltage and realized It wasn't receiving any. I tested the ground with the new sockets and jumped the positive straight to the battery, and it had no issues. Tried vice versa and there's no power to the bulb. So I've ruled out the ground. I checked the fuses, and I'm getting source voltage across both. I swapped out the relay for a known good one and no luck. I'm completely stumped and could use some help. Thanks.
