I tried moving steering wheel and tried the shifter and it still will not move. I had my truck go in the ditch last night wondering if maybe this would have caused it? Thinking maybe problem with the transmission not in park.

Hi Kyle, I don't think there is a correlation. I think you more than likely have a bad lock cylinder. Remove the plastic covering, and watch the video below. If you have an electric toothbrush, small orbital sander (no sandpaper), or anything that will vibrate fairly softly, you can pull the steering wheel to unlock it like normal, and administer vibration to the key/lock cylinder while trying to turn the key. That may free it so you can get it out, but if it is bad, you'll have to change it. That means new ignition keys. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtJqmu4QOAo
