shift in speedometer reading and transmission

What is your question?

While driving my truck, the speedometer will suddenly jump, causing the transmission to prematurely shift, then seconds later, the anti-lock brake and parking brake light will come on and stay on. This is happening more and more frequently. Any ideas?
