What is your question?
I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with 8.1 engine. It is very well maintained. Has 200,000 miles. Having issue with heat in passenger cabin. Engine Coolant: Full Engine Temperature about 180 degrees. Good flow through heater coil. Flushed. Both heater hoses are very hot to touch. Blend gate actuator is working and moves freely through open/close cycle. Blend gate is free and moves easily by hand. New cabin filters. All climate controls working, fan, defrost, etc. Good air flow. Temperature controls know working. When on cool, air becomes cool. When positioned at mid-point, air becomes cool to warm. However, when positioned on hot air remains cool to warm but blend hate moves to full hot position. Almost as it blend gate has a hole in it.
How long has your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD had this problem?
just noticed

Sorry to say -- 180 degrees is nowhere near hot enough for heat. You need more engine heat. The engine temperature should regularly be at or above 200 degrees for optimum heat. In this particular case, I'd check into engine temperature control.
