Sounds like a commendable effort on your part, has spark plugs, can cause these problems. But I have to ask: this is a 2023 Silverado, how many miles do you have on this vehicle? It's only a couple of years old, but I know people drive a lot. There could still be some factory warranty that applies which can help you.
Troubleshooting an engine misfire would involve checking the base engine, first, basic compression. If that test passes, then I would move to ignition components. Inspect the spark plugs. Replace any that are suspect. If any are questionable, determine if it looks like fuel or lack of spark is a concern. If there is a fuel delivery issue, it might show up on the condition of the spark plug. If there is a spark issue, the plug may show signs of fouling.
