so the ac compressor is direct to block mounted and the last shop that worked on it failed to torque or even tighten most of the bolts and as a result the ac compressor sheared off the mounting bosses...now im left trying to figure out the best way to bracket or secure the compressor under the engine rock and turbo torque

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Is the mounting sheared off the compressor itself, the bolts or the portion of the engine block? I would suggest a machine shop or equipped repair facility may need to assist here.
