What is your question?
Hello, I just bought a 2019 Silverado 1500 5.3L (New Body Style) and it came with B269A code and I am a bit lost. I located the pump on the passenger side and it looks intact. I unplugged the pump, checked the connector, and plugged it back in and still have active code. I tried to check the relay but I don’t know which relay controls the Aux Coolant Pump? Can you let me know specifically which relay it is? What number it is? Where it is located (under the hood, driver side, or passenger side? Thank you!
How long has your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 had this problem?
Since I bought the truck a month ago, before that, I don’t know

Hi, have you checked the pump for proper operation? The troubleshooting for this code has a diagnostic tool turning the pump on and off to verify operation. Then gets into the circuit itself to check for a ground issue or a PCM issue. There's nothing in the troubleshooting I'm seeing about any relays. It's flying blind when you do not have the proper diagnostic tools available to engage testing. I know it could feel frustrating, but if you don't have the tools, everything is guesswork. Seek guidance at a local shop near you - or purchase a diagnostic tool to proceed with proper testing. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
Thanks for your reply. At least confirming that there is not a dedicated relay helps to check that off. A follow up question, it is a 3 pin connector, is there a way to know which pin is the power, ground, and signal? I can test to see if it's getting 12v to the pin but would help to know which pin is which. It's hard to tell, but one of the wires about 1/2" from the connector might be broken. It's hard to tell and hard to get at to peel back the tape to see if all wires are intact. I also have a Tech2 that I used on a few other GMs that worked great. Will need to brush up on using it again :)
