Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If your Silverado wouldn't turn over, but the battery is fine, and it started up later, you might be dealing with an intermittent issue like a failing starter, a bad ignition switch, or even a weak connection somewhere in the starting system. Sometimes, it’s as simple as a corroded or loose battery terminal, ground strap, or starter connection that disrupts power just enough to keep the engine from cranking. Given that it hasn't repeated since, keep an eye on it—it could have been a one-off glitch, but if it happens again, you might need to dig deeper. Next time it acts up, listen for any clicking noises when you turn the key, as that can help pinpoint if the starter is on its way out. Hopefully, it's just a minor hiccup, but it's worth checking those connections to be safe!
