Fix or bypass security...

IDK the battery was dead for sitting in my garage. I change the battery with a new one. My dashboard lights ain’t coming on. I cannot see my speedometer or anything when you open the driver door. You don’t hear that ding sound the upper interior lights come on the locks work, but the roll down the windows don’t you don’t get a crank or a start I don’t know what it is the radio does not work nothing not even the horn. Please help me the brake lights work one headlight covers on the driver side and the blinker passenger side.
