What is your question?
New motor in truck, and both sensors were installed new. You have to turn the key sometimes once sometimes 4 or 5 times for it to crank up. Always starts up eventually. Shows codes for camshaft position and crankshaft position sensors. Do the sensors need to be in sync with each other for proper start up? Do they have to be set up with the computer? What’s a job like this going to cost?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Usually starts up easier after running for a long time
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 had this problem?

Hello, those codes do not indicate issues with the crankshaft or camshaft sensors - rather they set because there is no start when expected. Because you have a "new motor in (the) truck", there's no telling what's been done, moved, shifted, manipulated or anything else during the process of replacing the motor. This means your concerns do not conventional "patterns" without having tampering with the various components. Simply put, hands on and eyes on testing is needed, using workshop manuals and wiring diagrams to pin point and troubleshoot your concern. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
