Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Silverado. A whistling noise from the dashboard, especially at higher speeds, could be related to air entering the cabin through a gap or seal, commonly known as wind noise. This can occur if there are worn or damaged weatherstripping or seals around the windshield or doors. It's best to inspect the seals and listen closely to identify where the noise originates. If you can't pinpoint the source, a visit to a mechanic could help diagnose the issue more accurately. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered.
