Drivers door wont open from inside

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. The door panel must be removed to inspect internally. I think you will find inside door handle linkage fractured or disconnected to the latch. This could result in replacement of the handle or latch. But it must be checked out. I do not expect any electrical related issues with the door handle to latch relationship.
