I have power and I tried the relearning prosses multiple times and nothing so I'm reaching out thank you

"Relearning" isn't possible without a diagnostic tool present to program the key. Nothing more to suggest or say about it. The whole point of "anti-theft" is to make it so people can't do it...unless you have the proper diagnostic equipment.
